This is the third time I've used this company and they do a thorough job with polite and accommodating, respectful workers. I had a ceiling collapse from the rain with mold and also asbestos in the vinyl floor tile several years back, had asbestos containing linoleum in the bathroom last year that needed to be removed for a remodel, and finally, in my new home, I had a very bad mold situation and asbestos in the popcorn ceilings. Mark Newton is the supervisor who helped me with all three situations. He is extremely helpful, honest, and does his best to meet your needs while making sure the job gets done correctly and for a fair price. They are the company to go to for any kind of remediation.

Kelly provided an estimate for an asbestos abatement for my kitchen, dining room, and half-bath.



Contacting and requesting the estimate was very easy. During the call Kelly provided an email address and guided me towards the types of specifics needed in order to provide an accurate estimate. In return I received a quote that included a scope of work, specific tasks included (and excluded) from the job as well as the approximate time table to complete the job. Ultimately we ended up going with another service provider but the level of detail and quick response with the estimate was very much appreciated. I would recommend Key Environmental Services.

I have popcorn ceiling which turned out to be asbestos.



I used the website, but Larry said he never received my email. I called and he was very responsive. He advised me to save myself money and get my own sample and send it to the lab. It turned out to have asbestos. We booked an appointment after the holidays. They came and went without any problems. I would definitely use them again. In fact, I have a mold problem and they gave me a free estimate and inspection.

I'm totally surprised this place doesn't have a ton more reviews!!! i was referred my the guy doing my insulation and i have to say they did an amazing job. In and out within two hours (had old vents removed w/asbestos, not connected). They were clean, quick and did everything by the book! a few weeks later i received a letter from the state stating they property removed and disposed of. Would definitely refer them to friends/family.
